We acknowledge that it is unusual for an "out of the box" solution to be exactly what you are looking for. However, our products are designed to enable them to be tailored to your requirements.
Features such as workflow flexibility, a modular approach to system functionality and a sophisticated role-based access policy for users are all standard. But what if you are after something more specific to your needs?
Well, where the existing product does not exactly match your requirements, we move into the area of customisation. This covers many areas but these are some of the more common forms of customisation we can provide.

Unlike some of our competitors, we do not try to make additional revenue from customisation. We firmly believe that our business is about our relationship with our customers. With this in mind we tend to adopt a fairly unique approach to our fees for customisation.
- If the request is a generalised improvement that will benefit the majority of our customers then we will undertake the work with no charge.
- If the request is for a change that has limited or no benefit for the rest of our customers then we seek to recover the costs of the development and quality assurance time.
For our airline customers, we provide a dedicated web portal (called "Halo") that enables them to follow the progress of any requested customisation as the work is processed within our business. This facilitates a direct line of communication between the customer and everyone involved at AirData in fulfilling that request.
